BIB tracks race registration deadlines — lottery windows, general registration opens and closes, qualifier deadlines — so you don't miss the window because you were looking at the wrong week.
Why doesn't a race I watched show a countdown yet?
Not every race has a confirmed date yet. We'd rather show "date not set" than guess wrong on a lottery date. Watched races without a date show up tagged "Awaiting date" and fill in as we confirm them.
How do notifications work?
Enable push notifications in Settings, then watch a race. You'll get a reminder before registration opens, before it closes, and — for lotteries — when the drawing happens and when results post. Choose which kinds of alerts you want in Settings → Alerts. Reminders are held back overnight (10 PM to 7 AM) unless the moment can't wait, such as a registration opening.
A race's date, link, or status looks wrong. What do I do?
Tap the race, then "Report a problem." Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap "Forgot your password?". We email you a link; tap it on your phone, choose a new password, and you're back in. The link works once and expires after about an hour. If it has expired, request a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete my account. This is permanent and removes everything — watches, results, photos — right away.
Is BIB free?
BIB has a free tier and an optional BIB Premium subscription for unlimited race tracking, records, training plans, and full Hardware/photo access. Nothing you've already added is ever deleted if you're on the free tier — some of it is just tucked out of view until you upgrade.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Settings → Membership → Manage subscription in the App Store. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID, the same as any other App Store subscription.
